We reply within two business days. When reporting a problem, please include your app version (Account tab), your device model and iOS version, and the name of the report involved.
Tristar Reports is used by organizations running the Tristar Reports platform. Accounts are created by your own administrator, not by us. Ask them for your username, password and the server address for your deployment.
Open the Account tab and enter the address of your organization's Tristar Reports server, for example https://reports.yourcompany.com. Both HTTP and HTTPS addresses are supported, including servers on your local network. Your administrator can provide the correct value. Tap Save & sync now to confirm.
The app only shows reports that have been published on your server and granted to your role. If a report you need is missing, ask your administrator to publish it or to grant your account access.
Reports are read from snapshots cached on the device. Pull to refresh, or use the refresh action on the report to fetch the latest snapshot from the server. Users with an administrator or panel user role can also trigger a fresh server-side refresh from within the app. A banner appears on a report when its snapshot is stale.
Yes. Any report that has been synced can be opened offline. You need a connection only to sign in and to download new or updated snapshots.
Matrix reports are designed for landscape. Rotate your device and make sure rotation lock is off. The header row stays fixed while you scroll.
Open the report and use the PDF action. The app downloads a PDF rendered by your server and opens the system share sheet so you can mail it, message it, or save it to Files.
Sign out from the Account tab to clear your session and cached snapshots, or delete the app from your device to remove all locally stored data. To delete your account itself, contact your organization's administrator, who controls the account on your own server.

Tristar Reports is a client application for a reporting platform operated by your own organization. Carvist does not operate that server and does not receive your report data.
All data the app holds lives on your device. Signing out clears the session and cached report data; deleting the app removes everything. Data held on your organization's server is governed by your organization's own policies.
Tristar Reports is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
Write to [email protected]. For questions about the data held on your organization's own server, contact your administrator.
